- A 2-day course for the intermediate baristas.This covers more advanced calibration techniques for different coffees, intermediate latte art pattern and sensory training.
- Level 3
- A 2-day course for advanced baristas. This course helps you understand the current trends in the industry: from extraction techniques & devices, new post-harvest processing techniques and advanced sensory. This level 3 is suitable for anyone from head baristas, home coffee geeks & folks looking to compete in barista competitions.
